The "Elite" Standard
At Huge Elite Clothing, we take pride in the quality of our gear. Every single item is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you through our production partners. Because of this bespoke process, we handle returns differently than a "big-box" store.
Damaged, Faulty, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
The Fix: We will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
The Process: Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can get the replacement moving immediately.
Sizing & Change of Mind
Because our products are made specifically for you at the time of your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Pro Tip: We provide detailed Sizing Charts for every garment. Please double-check your measurements against those charts before hitting the checkout to ensure that "Elite" fit. Since we use Printful for our fulfillment, we are limited to the sizing specifications provided by their garment manufacturers.
Lost Packages
If your tracking says the package was delivered but you haven't seen it, or if it has been stuck in transit for an unusually long time, let us know! We will work with the couriers and our fulfillment partners to track it down or arrange a solution.
