By visiting our site and purchasing from Huge Elite, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
1. The Service & Custom Production
You acknowledge that Huge Elite Clothing is a made-to-order brand. All items are printed specifically for your order through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
Cancellations: Once an order has been sent to production (typically within 2-4 hours), we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the design, size, or shipping address.
2. Sizing & Fit
Since we use specific Printful blanks, you agree to refer to our provided Sizing Charts before placing an order. Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection.
3. Color & Graphic Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be a 100% accurate representation of the physical garment.
4. Secure Payments
All financial transactions are processed securely through Shopify. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as logos, graphics, and apparel designs, is the exclusive property of Huge Elite Clothing. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy any portion of our designs or Service without express written permission from us.
6. Modifications to Service and Prices
We reserve the right to change product pricing or discontinue items at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
