Shipping Policy
At Huge Elite Clothing, our products are made-to-order specifically for you. This allows us to provide a curated, high-quality shopping experience without the environmental waste of mass production.
1. Fulfillment Timelines
Because we print every item specifically for your order, it takes 2–7 business days to create your custom apparel before it is ready for shipment. During peak seasons (holidays), these times may vary slightly.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is crafted, it is dispatched via our global fulfillment partners (Printful).
Domestic (Australia): Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
International: Shipping times vary by country but generally fall within the 7–20 business day range.
Note: If your order contains multiple different items (e.g., a Hoodie and a Mug), they may ship in separate packages from different facilities to ensure you get them as fast as possible.
3. Order Tracking
Transparency is "Elite." You will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order leaves the facility. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside of Australia, Huge Elite Clothing is not responsible for any customs, duties, or tax fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our system is automated with our production partners, we cannot change the destination once the order has entered production. Huge Elite is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
